About This Project

We all know how the last year has affected people’s well-being and so many have turned to creativity to help improve this. We’ve known for a while how well this works.

With this in mind, we’ve designed some online, fun, and creative workshops for businesses and organisations staff wellbeing events. They really are accessible to all, even if you think you’re not artistic. The sessions include short, mindful drawing exercises such as unsighted portraits, unfavoured hand drawing, quick on the draw, and paper manipulation. The only materials you need are easily found around the home like copier paper, pens, pencils, and scissors. The sessions last an hour but can be extended.
Here’s what some of the participants have said about the session “Thank you for the class everyone I have spoken to really enjoyed it! I would really love to work with you again maybe next time in person!” Stacey, Broadland Housing Group.

I just wanted to drop you a line and say thanks for our mindfulness art class today. I’m new to art but this was a really fun and enjoyable way to loosen up and be mindful with music and drawing. Your ice breaker was great fun and really put a smile on our faces and I’ll look forward to using that myself. Thanks again and keep smiling. Daron from Aviva
