We bring a wealth of experience of using the arts to promote wellbeing and good mental health in a community setting.
We can work as a team or as individual practitioners to suit your needs, offering tailor-made workshops/courses specifically designed with the client group in mind.
We are able to use creative and effective evaluation methods to show the benefit of the work we do with you and can also offer advice on how to do this.
We are health and safety aware and have Safeguarding (children and Adults at Risk) and First Aid training and public liability insurance.
Examples of activities we can offer include Painting, printmaking, textiles, collage, nature-based crafts as well as art walks.
They can be lunch hour sessions, morning/afternoon/evening sessions or full days.
We can provide one-off workshops as well as time-limited sessions and ongoing courses.
To further promote wellbeing and protect the environment we use natural and recycled materials where possible.
Holly is very inclusive, she brought out the best and worked with the strengths in all of us - both staff and clients. She is also open-minded and creative with her responses to challenging situations. She is an amazing role model in how to respect each individual within the company, staff and clients alike. This means she is a good mediator too. She has a calming, at ease presence with an infectious sense of excitement towards investigating new ways of playing with art and expression.
Loved the session! Such a simple, fun printing process with amazing results. Very lovely and calming environment- has made me want to do more creative stuff again, thank you!
Melanie is a great pleasure to work with. She is lively, friendly, supportive and passionate that art should be accessible to everyone. She works to a plan but has the great skill to spontaneously adapt the plan to meet the needs of all members of the group. Thus ensuring everyone gets something out of the session. She gives people the confidence to explore their own creativity and to continue to develop their skills both in the group and independently.
